I think I know who it is, but I won't reveal the name. "How can you run a city when you can't run your own finances?" sounds very familiar. I believe I had this conversation with someone before.

Amazing how easy it is to throw stones with out knowing any facts. Is this person a scumbag that deserves criticism? Or just a human being that is doing the best he/she can to survive in today’s environment while at the same time giving of him/herself to serve the public. Have any of YOU volunteered your time, your talent? If the person in question is a slimeball, then bash them!! If this person is trying their best and have fallen on tough times, then have some compassion!!!

theone. What if this person has continuously had financial problems for years and years? Now, I'm not saying that is the case here, but if it were would that make you change how you feel? I, for one, don't want someone in office that cannot manage their finances year in and year out even during more prosperous economic times. There is obviously bigger issues at play here.

@ LG Girl......I really think it depends on the circumstances surrounding the issues. Were the financial issues as a result of poor management or bad luck? Just because they've had problems for years doesn't mean it's poor management, it is possible this individual had a catastrophic event that they've been digging out from for a long time. As an elected official, how is this person? Responsive? Has Good Ideas? or is this person a big Ass-Bag? I think we shouldn't judge unless we know all the facts

theone. I believe I know who the alderman in question is. I may be completely wrong, but if I'm not he is a complete "ass bag." The facts will come out eventually, and when they do I think you will agree with me.
