In accordance with bans on Silly String, motorized skateboards and idiocy like "Help Loans," the Kenosha City Council is contemplating an ordinance against street performers, unless they are of "good moral character." That'll protect you from those dangerous mimes cruising the streets. IF they can get by the 7,000 homeless, that is.
